What is the basic troubleshooting procedure of client applications, MXFS and Dropspot?

 The basic troubleshooting on client side is the following.

1 Use the Admin tool , check node status and health page and connection tester
2 If MXFS fails to transfer can you do it in Dropspot ?
3 Raise a Ticket , and note the node status's and attache all logs.
       .dropspot/log
       .mxfs/log
       .mxsadmin/log
       + server logs 
4. A clear description of the problem and note down O/S being used and Application Versions
5 .Where possible check cables,and lights on the nodes
6. If admin tool shows all nodes are down or even missing some , connect a monitor to that node and check display out.
