Symptom: When opening MXFS GUI, you get a message saying cluster cannot be contacted. 

This usually means that your client machine cannot reach your Cluster's IP addresses on MatrixStore ports.

    a . Please check on a different client machine. If the problem is experienced on more than one client machine, please check your admin tool for cluster status

    b . Check if you have the right IP addresses configured on your MXFS software. Sometimes it is observed that some client machines MXFS settings were not edited to reflect IP changes resulting from changing Ip addresses on the cluster.

    c . Please make sure there were no changes on in premises perimeter security (i.e Firewalls) that would block your client machines from contacting MatrixStore.
