Version 1.0.3 of Dokan Library has a bug that manifests in some occasions trough the fact that mounted volumes will not show up in the Windows Explorer window.
Unfortunately, this is a Dokan Library known issue and despite the fact, Object Matrix cannot correct this third-party issue, we are very keen to provide a workaround solution.

Our team is watching closely this matter, so we can provide you as soon as possible a permanent fix for it.
Although the volumes are not accessible by windows explorer, they are accessible using the command line. This has been reported on Windows 7 and Windows 2008 Server and
as a temporary workaround, we can suggest the following actions (please use one of the three):
- If another volume is mounted via the MXFS GUI, a new explorer window will be opened. This explorer will display all mounted volumes. Keeping this explorer open will allow you to navigate through the volumes as normal. However, auto-mounting volumes will mount without use of the GUI so they do not bring up a new explorer window. You would need to go into the GUI and mount a new volume to get the good explorer window.
- Using the command prompt, use the commands 'taskkill -f -im explorer.exe' followed by 'explorer.exe' to restart the explorer process.
IMPORTANT: Do not close the command prompt in between commands.
