The first thing to try is using "Test Connection" from the right-click menu on the cluster entry. It scans all the necessary ports on the nodes to be open.
If the output shows timeout messages, there is a problems with basic connectivity to the cluster: either the nodes are powered off or there is a firewall blocking the communication.
If there are no timeout messages in the output, check that the version of Admin you are running is compatible with the server, the first three digits should match the server version: e.g. Admin 188.8.131.52 and Server 3.0.60
If non of the previous fixes the problem, please contact us directly through the portal.
When I try to login to my Cluster using Admin, I get an error pop-up window saying it can't connect.
